Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments (UK Clients have the further option of payments by cheque with order). If you're shopping from outside the United Kingdom then simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the total into your currency when the statement is issued. We have a link to a currency converter on our site but please remember that it's as a guide only and that the final exchange rate will be determined by your credit card issuer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Electron, Solo & JCB cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information to us via phone, fax, post or over our secure online shopping facility..

Shipping And Handling Our shipping charges are based on weight, the shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost based upon your basket contents.

Please select from our range of Royal Mail or International shipping options (dependant upon your location, you may be limited to a single shipping option).

We make no additional handling charges. International clients may be liable for import duty if demanded by local Customs & Excise authorities in the country of destination.

UK deliveries are made using the Royal Mail's inland postal service. As an option, Special Delivery is available as an option, ensuring delivery before 12:00 on the following working day.

International deliveries are made using the Royal Mail's airmail service. Delivery is usually within three days to Western Europe, four days to Eastern Europe and five days for the rest of the world, following the day of posting.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security Worldwigs.com takes the security & privacy of our clients very seriously indeed.

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Please do not send credit card details to us in a non-encrypted email.

We welcome orders by post or fax but naturally, we cannot guarantee the safety of personal data in transit to us by non-secure communications.

Guarantee All goods sold by the Company are warranted free from defects in materials and workmanship. If the Company shall receive a written complaint from a Customer in respect of goods found to be defective in respect of materials or workmanship only within 30 days of delivery the Company after it has had a reasonable time to investigate the same and examine the goods in dispute shall be entitled at its option to repair or replace the defective goods or refund the purchase price.

No claim will be entertained in respect of any goods which have been repaired or altered in any way or have been the subject of any accident or damage caused by any innocent, wilful or negligent act or omission of the Customer its employees or agents or through use contrary to the manufacturers instructions by the Customer, its employees or agents or by circumstances beyond the control of the Company or goods which cannot be shown to have been supplied by the Company.

Privacy Policy Worldwigs.com does not disclose buyers' information to third parties (other than for delivery, fraud prevention, debt recovery & related activities).

We will NEVER sell or pass on your email address to third parties although we may send an occaisional email to inform existing clients of develpments at [COMPANYNAME].

Returns Policy We support the introduction of The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and in line with this we offer a full refund within the 7 working day cooling off period. Goods may be returned for a full refund within this time only so long as they are undamaged, unworn, in original packaging with all labels applied and do not smell of tobacco, perfume, hair products etc.

Clients should note in particular that, human hair wigs, once styled by a third party stylist, are not eligible for refund or replacement. Dermalite wigs are custom made on an individual basis following a one-to-one consultation and are not available for on-line ordering. These products are sold through our hair centre and are covered by normal retail regulations but fall outside the scope of the distance selling regulations.

All other exchanges or refunds are entirely at our discretion.
